What is Tcertification?

Tcertification is a heavily benchmarked due diligence review, analysis, and approval process that establishes an individual or organisation has been thoroughly vetted, trained, and certified by Ethixbase360 in accordance with international standards. Tcertified companies are pre-vetted business partners for multinational companies seeking to do business with suppliers, agents and consultants who share their commitment to commercial transparency.

How the Tcertification Process Works

The Tcertification review process is based on internationally accepted standards and requires candidates to complete global anti-bribery training, adopt a code of conduct and update their due diligence information annually.

Ongoing Screening and Certification Status

Reports include daily screening of names against international sanctions and enforcement lists. Entities which have completed Tcertification within the last year are included within the Intermediary Directory, a publicly searchable database of pre-vetted and trained small and medium sized enterprises.

Tcertification Report at a Glance

Tcertification covers detailed company information, including business registrations and information, beneficial ownership, and audited financial statements.  It also includes the identification of directors and key employees, disclosure of additional ownerships and employment held by owners, directors, and key employees, any current or prior government employment or positions held by them or their family members, and contact information for three business references.

Tcertification includes sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening, adverse media and litigation checks, one year of continuous monitoring, confirmation of compliance policies, a code of conduct addressing bribery, and completion of global anti-bribery eLearning.
